The Breathivate experience is led by Ian Melhorn, a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator trained by leading practitioners Lukis Mac and Hella Weston of Owaken Breathwork. Ian is known for guiding individuals to access elevated states of consciousness where suppressed emotions and energy can surface, be released, and transformed. Each session blends cutting-edge science with ancient wisdom, combining somatic practices such as breathwork, meditation, visualization, and energy work to activate your mind-body connection. You’ll experience this through the Breathivate signature 30-minute and 60-minute journeys, where you’re guided through a full journey—from deep activation breathing to access altered states, to restorative breathing and grounding meditations for integration.
